A Real-Time Guard Patrol Device
Active Cloud incorporates a guard patrol application. The RFID reader allows for the same patrols to be conducted as the original Activetrack device. The use of Telegram data messaging further enhances our offering by means of a real-time management solution.

Multi-Site Communication
The Active Cloud device also serves as a communication device on a single monitoring platform. It is important that your staff on site have access to seamless communication when they want, and your management don’t miss important communications.
The Panic and Call-Me Functions on the Device allows for communication between the Guard and the Control room.
Access Management System (AMS)
Active Cloud also utilizes a Visitor uthentication and Management System. The AMS visitor management system equips you with the tool to manage and document the influx of staff, visitors, couriers, and mergency services to your premises using the hand-held Cloud Track device.
Ther Visitor management Solution Allows you to:
Scan driver’s licenses and vehicle license discs, as well as temporary driver’s licenses and RSA IDs and decrypt, display and store Driver’s Licence details.
Decrypt, display and store the details of the Licence Disc of vehicles.
Easily customizable site destination list e.g., Departments on site.
Allow blacklisting of vehicles and people.
White listing of vehicles and people.
Driver vehicle pairing – notify egress officer if there is a variance in either driver identity or vehicle they are driving.
Add a photograph, name and cell phone number of visitors if they have no Identification with them (Foreign identity documents and vehicles can be recorded by using the camera in the device).
Verify vehicles against the SAPS suspicious vehicle database, if required.
